Aging and Independence Podcast Interview

Denise Helms and Paige Wolk join My So-Called Fabulous podcaster and lifestyle influencer Tiffany Blackmon for an in-depth discussion of aging and independence.

At Overture Home Care, we love Tiffany Blackmon's Texas-based podcast, My So-Called Fabulous, in which the nationally-recognized chef, author, lifestyle influencer (and mother, wife and daughter) sits down for in-depth talks with experts on everything from health and wellness, family and careers, to food, fashion and beyond.

This week, Tiffany sat down with experts on taking care of loved ones as the aging process starts to take over — our very own Denise Helms and Paige Wolk.

This was such a great experience, and we hope that through My So-Called Fabulous our Overture experts will be able to help even more families facing difficult decisions.

Though most people express a desire to remain at home with as much independence as possible as they age, it's hard for many families to think ahead and put the necessary plans in place before situations or conditions — like Alzheimer's disease or dementia — make independent living more complicated and family relationships more fraught.

To start those difficult conversations or to find out more about the support services that Overture Home Care compassionate caregivers can provide, watch the podcast at the link below, and then give Overture Home Care a call at 817-887-9401. We are a Dementia Friendly® Fort Worth certified organization and we are available 24/7 to schedule a free consultation.
