Cruising into Summer: Highlights from the Tarrant Area Gerontological Society’s Annual Summer Forum
Several of our Overture team members attended The Tarrant Area Gerontological Society’s (TAGS) Annual Summer Forum on July 16th. The theme for this year’s event was “Cruising into Summer,” featuring six hours of continuing education units (CEU’s) with various keynote speakers covering important current topics in the geriatric healthcare field.
News: Overture Home Care leadership team earns Certified Dementia Practitioner designations
Denise Helms, R.N., CEO of Overture Home Care, a Fort Worth, Texas-based home care service company, has announced that the company now has three Certified Dementia Practitioners on staff: Ms. Helms, executive director Zach Tarrant, and senior vice president Paige Wolk. Ms. Wolk earned her certification previously; Ms. Helms and Mr. Tarrant were certified this year.
Overture Home Care Now a Dementia Live® Authorized Organization
Denise Helms, R.N., B.S.N, CEO of Overture Home Care, a Fort Worth, Texas-based home care service company, has announced that Overture has satisfied the requirements to become a Dementia Live® authorized organization. Dementia Live is an AGE-u-cate® Training Institute program.
