Out and About with Overture Home Care: January 2026

This month, our team stayed busy connecting with community partners, supporting local events, and showing up for the people and places we serve. Here’s a look at where Overture Home Care has been out and about recently.

Alex and Jeromy attended a Continuity of Care event focused on collaboration and communication across care settings. Events like this help strengthen relationships and ensure smoother transitions and better outcomes for those we serve.

We enjoyed hosting happy hour at West Fork Assisted Living and Memory Care, where we provided cocktails, mocktails, and snacks. It was a great opportunity to spend time with residents and staff in a relaxed and fun setting.

Residents at The Vantage enjoyed a happy hour that we were proud to sponsor. There was lots of dancing, laughter, and energy, making it a memorable afternoon for everyone involved.

Overture Home Care co sponsored the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Before Business alongside the Rotary Club. Ashley and Kenna manned the table while our owner, Rob, was a speaker at the event and shared insights with fellow community members and local leaders.

Paige attended the Senior Series education partner kick off event and spent time with fellow sponsor Harmon Nelson from Stevenson Oaks Senior Living.

Alex and Laci headed to Walmart to stock up on snow day essentials for our caregivers at some of our partner communities such as The Stayton, Trinity Terrace, and Stevenson Oaks. Many caregivers stayed overnight to help ensure residents and staff have what they need during unexpected weather.

We sponsored the Boots, Beer, and BBQ happy hour at Discovery Village Alliance. Everyone had fun posing for photos with the popular wanted poster and enjoying a great afternoon together.

We celebrated a major milestone with the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting for our new Parker County office. Guests enjoyed cookies and a juice bar, and we are incredibly proud and excited to continue serving the Weatherford community from this new location.

Paige and Denise led a Dementia Live coach training alongside Pam Brandon, founder of Ageucate Training Institute and creator of the Dementia Live experience. This training continues to deepen understanding and empathy in dementia care.

We celebrated Laura Satterfield at a heartfelt going away luncheon at Trinity Terrace. After six years of service with Overture Home Care as one of our nurses, she was surrounded by hundreds of residents and staff. There were many tears and even more gratitude as we wished her well in her move out of state.

Laci and Vanessa represented Overture Home Care at a health fair at The Westmore. They shared exercise bands, healthy snacks, and flyers while connecting with residents and community members.

Vanessa, Paige and Laci attended Trending Women Mid Cities for Laci’s first meeting, hosted at StoneCreek North Richland Hills, a Civitas community. It was a great opportunity to connect with other professionals and continue building strong community relationships.

We are grateful for every opportunity to be present, involved, and connected. Thank you to all of our partners and communities who continue to welcome Overture Home Care wherever we go.
