Each month, Activated Insights conducts interviews our clients, family members, and caregivers. At least 10 percent of an agency’s clients and care professionals are interviewed, and the results are compiled into detailed reports. Providers who meet or exceed satisfaction benchmarks for their geographic region are eligible for award recognition.
Because these awards are based on ongoing feedback rather than applications or nominations, they reflect real experiences and consistent performance over time.
