Out and About With Overture Home Care: November 2025

This month was full of meaningful connections, celebrations, and community involvement for the Overture Home Care team. We opened our Overture Home Care office in Weatherford this month, so many of our Out and About features new community partners in Parker County. From honoring our veterans to supporting Alzheimer’s awareness and creating memorable moments with our partners, we were proud to be out in the community doing what we love most. Here is a look at everywhere we went and the amazing people we connected with along the way.

We kicked off the month at the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Weatherford, where Ashley represented Overture Home Care. We enjoyed great conversations and delicious coffee from Tom’s Coffee Truck while connecting with staff and visitors.

We had an amazing time at the Dallas Walk to End Alzheimer’s. We passed out succulents at our booth with the theme “Alzheimer’s succs,” and loved visiting with everyone who stopped by to support the cause.

We celebrated National Donut Day by delivering donuts to senior living communities across Parker County with our partners at Journey Hospice. It was such a sweet way to spread smiles and show appreciation.

We attended a fun networking event at Legacy Oaks of Azle where we created our own holiday-themed simmer pots in mason jars. The smells were wonderful and truly kicked off the holiday spirit.

The Tarrant Area Gerontological Society (TAGS) Board hosted a member appreciation event at The Archibald in Fort Worth. The weather was perfect and the rooftop views made the evening extra special.

We proudly sponsored drinks and treats for the Veterans Event at Stevenson Oaks. Vanessa and Nurse Kara served guests with big smiles as we honored those who served.

Ashley attended Coffee and Connections at ClearFork Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was a great opportunity to build relationships with others in our field.

We co-sponsored the Veterans Day Lunch at West Fork Weatherford. It was a joyful day celebrating and honoring veterans who have given so much through their service.

We provided cupcakes for the Veterans Day Celebration at Hilltop Park Rehab. It was meaningful to be part of such a heartfelt celebration.

We celebrated Veterans Day at Heartis Mid Cities by serving drinks and giving away “Proud to Be a Veteran” pins to all the veterans in attendance. It was a wonderful way to show our gratitude.

We sponsored the Case Manager and Social Worker Wreath Making Event at Legend Oaks with our partners. Everyone created such beautiful and unique wreaths, and it was so fun to see everyone’s creativity shine.

Alex and Ashley attended this month’s Trending Women meeting. It was encouraging and inspiring as always, and our very own Ashley Tarrant was the speaker sponsor and won not one but two raffle prizes. The group also gathered for a fun fall-themed photo.

The Overture team and our families participated in the Fort Worth Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It was a powerful morning walking in support of those affected by Alzheimer’s and their families.

We partnered with our friends at Joy Care Management to host a Happy Hour with the residents at The Orchards Market Plaza. It was a relaxing and social afternoon for everyone involved.

We enjoyed lunch at Cork and Pig in Willow Park with referral sources to plan an upcoming happy hour event we are hosting together. Great food and even better collaboration.

We attended the Parker County networking event at ClearFork Assisted Living and Memory Care in Willow Park. It was another great opportunity to connect with professionals in our community.

Our nurse Gail Boyer celebrated our devoted concierge caregiver team at The Stayton Museum Way. She gifted them with flowers and treats to show appreciation for all they do.

We attended Caffeinate, Connect, and Craft at Hilltop Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford. We decorated coffee mugs and enjoyed a fun, creative afternoon.

We attended Family Night at West Fork Weatherford, a Thanksgiving themed event. It was a sweet reminder of how important it is to spend time with loved ones during the holiday season.

We co-hosted a festive happy hour with Journey Hospice called Sip, Socialize, and Sparkle. Guests enjoyed drinks, had their glasses cleaned, and sipped on sparkling holiday beverages.

We attended Coffee and Connections at Legacy Oaks of Azle. We always enjoy seeing familiar faces and continuing to build relationships within our industry.

We are so grateful for every opportunity to connect with our community, partners, and the seniors we serve. Each event this month reminded us why relationships and service are at the heart of what we do. Thank you to everyone who welcomed us, collaborated with us, and made this such a special month. We cannot wait to see what next month brings.
